This is an example of a real contract I use with my clients. I'm sharing it as a general educational resource for the design community. I am a UI/UX designer, so my contract is very specific to this field. You can use this contract framework to better understand the elements in my contract and tailor it to suit your own business requirements.
CONTRACT CONTENT
Include: Considering, Timeline, Scope of Work, Product Delivery, Estimated Product Cost, Payment, Editing and Concept Limitations, Ownership Rights, Termination Policy, Unforeseen Circumstances, Signature Field.
The design system and variables integrated into the template allow you to quickly change colors, fonts, and brand logos to match your business. This rapid and effective adaptation is why I used Figma to create this template.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT
You need to use the basic version of Figma; a Pro version is not required.
TYPOGRAPHY
The template uses free fonts, and links to the fonts are provided in the user guide. If you don't know how to upload new fonts, you can refer to this link.
